Anonymous data collection

In general, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are. In this case, we only store access data without personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us and the name of the requested file. This information is evaluated for statistical purposes at the most and serves to improve our offers. You remain anonymous as an individual user.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data is information about your identity, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, IP data. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily to answer an enquiry, to execute a contract or when opening a customer account. We use the personal data you have provided exclusively for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data. When opening a customer account, the data disclosed will be stored for future orders and can be viewed and changed by you at any time in the password-protected customer account.

Disclosure of personal data

We do not pass on your data, including your address and e-mail address, to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners, such as transport companies, which require certain data (name, address, telephone number if applicable) for the delivery of your order. The scope of the transmitted data is always limited to the necessary minimum. The data thus passed on may only be used by our service providers to fulfil their task.

Credit check

If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of purchase on account, we reserve the right to obtain identity and creditworthiness information from specialised service providers (credit agencies) in order to protect our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we transmit your personal data required for a credit assessment to credit agencies. The credit report may contain probability values (score values) which are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical methods and which include address data in their calculation. We use the information received about the statistical probability of a payment default for a weighed decision about the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. Your interests worthy of protection are taken into account in accordance with the legal provisions.

Our website uses so-called "cookies", which serve to make our Internet presence more user-friendly, effective and secure overall - for example, when it comes to speeding up navigation on our platform. Cookies also enable us to measure the frequency of page views and general navigation. By using our websites, you consent to our use of cookies. We would like to point out that some of these cookies are transferred from our server to your system, whereby these are either so-called "session cookies" or "permanent cookies". Use of tracking technologies

Furthermore, our website uses tracking technologies to collect and store information about how you use our website for marketing and optimisation purposes. We use the so-called conversion tracking and the so-called retargeting function of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "LinkedIn") on our website. With the help of this technology, visitors to our website can be shown personalised advertisements on LinkedIn. Furthermore, it is possible to create anonymous reports on the performance of the advertisements as well as information on website interaction. Use of Microsoft Advertising

On our website, we use the so-called Universal Event Tracking (hereinafter referred to as "UET") from Microsoft Advertising, the advertising system of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Microsoft").
